Grace Ladoja MBE

Grace Ladoja MBE is a British music executive. She founded Our Homecoming, a festival in Lagos, Nigeria. At Music Week magazine's annual UK awards night in 2017, Ladoja received the Rising Star award. At the 2021 awards night, Ladoja received the Entrepreneur award. In 2018, she received an MBE (Member of the British Empire) for services to the music industry.

Grace Ladoja's career is defined by the indelible frameworks she has created outside of the mainstream, with direct links to youth culture and community. Grace’s work as a brand consultant, artist manager (of Grime icon, Skepta), and founder of both creative agency Metallic Inc and Homecoming see her working with young people around the world, creating networks that ensure their creative growth at home and abroad.
