Description

In 2025, live music is projected to reach $38.58 billion USD — yet Black women only account for just 1.7% of live music executives (USC Annenberg). It’s not enough to celebrate artists on stage; we must spotlight the powerhouses behind the scenes — the ones cutting deals, curating stages, and shifting global culture. FEMINAE NOX brings together four of the most influential African women driving the global live music economy. Together, they’ll unpack how they’re building new infrastructures, dominating global markets, opening doors for the next generation, and growth strategies in live music and brand spaces. This is not just a conversation — it’s a call to action. A demand to recognize and invest in BIPOC women and gender-diverse leaders shaping the future blueprints in live music — not as tokens, but as titans.
