Tati heads Dirt Is Good’s global masterbrand, equity, design, and innovation programmes, and is leading DIG to new heights. For its 20th year, Tati is steering DIG's purpose-led ethos into the realm of sport, so its best-in-class products can unlock superior performance and value.
Tati has worked in a wide range of Marketing and Consumer Insights roles, for both Home and Personal Care. In Brazil, she led the value brands business, making laundry products accessible to millions of consumers across Latin America. In India and the Netherlands, Tati headed Consumer Insights, where she designed and implemented a Strategic Insight Plan for Unilever’s Sustainability Plan.
Tati led an extension of Dove into the €3bn therapeutic segment with DermaSeries – a wide cross category mix, which added €25M turnover to Dove revenue in 17 months. She crafted sub-brand positioning, groundbreaking brand communication idea and human truth – Make peace with your skin, as well as visual identity and distinctive assets, plus breakthrough partnership with Headspace. Tati also headed up Nexxus in North America – leading to 15% business growth, with €125M turnover and 35% of US profit.
Tati is Latina, born in Brazil, and a proud mum of a 12-year-old boy, she has been living in London for a decade.
