Tara Mustapha

Tara Mustapha is the Founder and CEO of Code Coven, the world’s first accelerator dedicated to marginalised people in games. A London native and lifelong Arsenal fan, she has also lived in Montreal, Vancouver, and NYC, shaping a career as global as her perspective. With over two decades in the games industry, Tara has worked as a games designer and producer, building inclusive games and teams across AAA and indie studios while championing sustainable business models for diverse creators.

Through Code Coven, she has mentored over 1,000 game developers worldwide and secured partnerships with Epic Games, Netflix, Riot Games, and the BFI. Under her leadership, Code Coven has launched programs like the Solstice Program and Aurora Accelerator, providing funding, mentorship, and career pathways for marginalised talent.
