Niki is a leader in Cornwall’s tech scene, driving innovation and education through award-winning youth, career-switcher and skills programmes. She directs and hosts Cornwall Slush'D, one of only two official UK Slush'D events backed by Europe's biggest tech startup event, Slush. Previously, she helped scale cleantech startup Verv to Series A.

Co-CEO of Tech Cornwall, helping to promote, grow and support the software, tech and digital industries in Cornwall.

President and founder of Junior Chamber (JCI) Cornwall; working towards creating leadership opportunities for those aged 18-40 who wish to learn new skills, meet like-minded individuals and have a positive impact on their local communities.

Former Head of Marketing for multi-award-winning, London-based cleantech startup, Verv; Data & AI specialists developing tech solutions to climate change. Verv's innovations include an IoT home energy monitoring hub, a blockchain-based peer-to-peer energy trading system and an embedded microchip for the predictive maintenance and monitoring of appliances and white goods.

Notable achievements whilst at Verv included raising £2m through two equity crowdfunding campaigns from 2000 investors, winning prestigious 9 awards within the cleantech and sustainability space and developing this startup into an international brand, from seed investment to Series A (£10m).

A tech enthusiast with over a decade of experience in marketing, predominantly for SME's, Niki is passionate about creating positive, sustainable change and innovating both through technological developments and the processes used to promote them.
