Matthew Dicks joined MDLBEAST in early 2021 as Executive Director of Music and Talent, bringing over 30 years of experience in the music industry. Since joining, he has played a key role in shaping the company’s music strategy and expanding its global presence.

At MDLBEAST, Matthew launched the company’s record labels and has been instrumental in developing local and regional talent by fostering collaborations with international producers, labels, and events. He has actively championed Saudi artists, securing bookings for KSA DJs at international festivals and clubs.

Under his leadership, MDLBEAST has expanded into new music business sectors, including the launch of MDLBEAST Radio on FM and digital platforms, as well as the creation of a Publishing division and a state-of-the-art studio complex in Riyadh. These initiatives aim to build long-term infrastructure for the regional music ecosystem and elevate Saudi talent on a global scale.

Matthew’s innovative mindset and deep industry expertise continue to drive MDLBEAST’s mission to position the Middle East as a cultural and creative powerhouse in the global music landscape.
