Julia Hawkins

Julia Hawkins is a General Partner at LocalGlobe and Latitude, two of Phoenix Court’s funds.
Julia’s mission is to back ambitious, thoughtful and diverse founders across the deep tech and healthcare sectors. In particular she focuses on the intersection of technology and science to deliver innovation solving challenges from food safety to health equity. Her investments include Robeaute, CoMind, YuLife, AccuRx, Gilion, Spore.Bio, and Oxford Nanopore, companies which leverage scientific breakthroughs to create defensible, real world applications. Julia is based in London, next door to the Francis Crick Institute, with DeepMind, UCLH, the Wellcome Trust and the Royal Free Hospital nearby.
