Jessa Williams is a community builder shaping a new vision of outdoor culture, one rooted in visibility, safety, and belonging for Black women and WOC. After a decade building Brand Marketing campaigns for tech companies like Uber, Cameo and Meta, she founded Intrsxtn Surf, a surf collective and social club centering Black women and WOC. What began as a grassroots effort has grown into a powerful movement with surf lessons, international retreats, and storytelling initiatives that are changing norms and fostering belonging. Intrsxtn has taught hundreds of WOC to surf, partnered with brands like Adidas, Nike, and Airbnb, and been featured in Travel + Leisure and The LA Times as a model for inclusive outdoor culture.
