Eva Omaghomi

Eva Omaghomi is the founder of Forster Jones & Associates, an elite advisory firm specialising in strategic communications, cultural intelligence, and high-level industry connections for globally prominent figures. Following an extraordinary 17-yearcareer within the British Royal Household — including as the first-ever Director of Community Engagement to a British Monarch —Eva now brings unparalleled expertise to clients navigating complex global landscapes. Her clients include King Charles III, whom she continues to advise on global community engagement, and Idris Elba regarding his global profile as the founder of his suite of companies, IE7 and The Akuna Group. Eva’s counsel is shaped by two decades of front line experience, blending anthropology, communications mastery, and deep cultural fluency. Her tenure in the Royal Household saw her lead cultural strategies for landmark moments such as The King and Queen’s Coronation, state visits to over 60 countries, and historic engagements with Presidents Obama, Trump, Xi Jinping, and global icons including Nelson Mandela. She was instrumental in orchestrating The King’s first outgoing state visits to France and Kenya, and has played a pivotal role at events such as COP Summits, Commonwealth Games, and incoming state visits from key global leaders.

As Global Strategic Advisor to King’s Trust International, Eva crafted the strategy that positioned the Trust as a global philanthropic force, now active in 25 countries. She co-created the high-profile New York Global Gala alongside Edward Enninful and Lionel Richie, raising millions annually. Under her stewardship, the Trust secured over £1 million in funding for its African initiatives and brokered global media and brand partnerships with CNN International, British Vogue, and Charlotte Tilbury —delivering over $250 million in media value. Eva is equally at ease building cultural capital.
