Esta Rae

Esta Rae an events and production manager runs her freelance event company, ‘No Limit Management’ specialising in event curation and talent management. Due to working across many of the UKs staple industry events such as the GRM Gala, Originals festival, Rated Awards, Wembley Arena live shows and many more, she is known for being at the centre of the UK culture especially the Rap/Hip hop scene due to her event production for a wide range of artists such as Giggs, Steel Banglez, and more. She also manages various DJS across the house and afrobeat music scene.

Esta works with both major and independent labels on artist campaigns, brand activations, producing festivals and events, award shows and Galas along with her artist liaison services across various UK and international festivals, conferences and live shows.  

She is listed as one of the top 50 neurodivergent women in the UK (she has dyslexia and dyspraxia) and was listed in the 2023 women in music roll of honour for her game changing efforts in the industry and was part of the 2023 POWER UP cohort for 40 black industry professionals.
