Drew Tulumello is Co-Chair of Weil’s global Litigation Department, a member of the Firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation and Appeals and Strategic Counseling practice, and serves on the Firm’s Management Committee. He has decades-long experience representing some of the biggest names in sports, and has been involved in some of the most high-profile sports-related litigation and investigations in recent years, including the NFL Lockout litigation, Tom Brady’s “Deflategate”, and a highly publicized investigation into the mistreatment and harassment of players in the National Women’s Soccer League. He is currently representing the Professional Tennis Players Association in their landmark lawsuit against the sports’ governing bodies. Drew is regularly recognized by top legal publications, including for his work in the sports industry. In 2021, The National Law Journal selected him as one of 30 “Sports Trailblazers” in the United States. He was also recognized by the Sports Business Journal as a “Power Player” in the sports industry and as one of the “brightest minds in the business.” He is also recognized as a Leading Lawyer in Sports by Legal 500 US.
