David is all about the power of play in helping children shape the future they want to see. His ten years at the LEGO Group have largely focussed on designing and running global programmes that give children agency, connnect them to real-world topics that they care about and help them nurture those holistic skills that will help them thrive. Passionate inside and outside of work about positive environment and societal change, more than 20 years of working with children has given him the hope and drive to do more and be better for future generations.
