Alicia Berry has been a leader in media tech for 20+ years. Currently, she is an executive producer at Niantic, where she led the teams that delivered Peridot Beyond on Snap Spectacles, Hello, Dot on Meta Quest 3 and The Peridot Mobile Game, boasting one of the first production use cases of powering a character via GenAI. Previous to Niantic, she launched 15+ titles and projects across the Oculus Rift, Go, Quest 1 and 2 in addition to 2 projects on the HTC Vive. Previous to diving into the XR space, she built multiplayer games, leading Production teams on Nexon’s DomiNations and Bethesda’s The Elder Scrolls Online.
