SANITY embodies rap as an art form, with her distinctive blend of hip-hop, jazz and soul. The Birmingham native's relentless lyricism places her front-and-centre of a creative new wave defined by embracing fluidity and dismantling categories. Her first long-form music project, 'Bruises To Blossoms' marks a significant turning point in her artistic journey, bringing together a diverse range of collaborations with talented artists such as Blue Lab Beats, MELONYX, Camilla George, and Kofi Stone. Since playing to an audience of one billion people during the 2018 Commonwealth Games closing ceremony in Australia, she has become one of the most exciting voices in UK rap, playing with the BBC Symphony Orchestra and opening for legendary artist Yasiin Bey/Mos Def, in addition to performing at SXSW Texas for BBC Introducing and having her single ‘Black Eye’ featured in the renowned gaming franchise FC25.
